                      Today for Literacy our task was to choose a video from coconet tv and do the                            following instructions and answer the questions.

                       Todays maths WALT to "solve addition problems with tenths by changing                          one number into a whole number.

For dojo news, one other task was to write about what we know, what we wonder, 

and what we learnt. The last task I chose to do was to write a question

map about the questions that we have after reading the article.

3 tasks from 7 activities to do. Here one of the task was to create a

 word search by using the keywords from the article.

For Literacy today we had to choose an article from kiwi kids news, read the article 

and answer the questions that were given.

Tech

  Today for tech class we made kebabs, we added some bell peppers and made our food.

It was super delicious and fun being able to cook with friends online!

 Our literacy task wonderpolis about sleep paralysis, there was a fun little activity to do, we had to drag it's word to the definition. Here are some screen shots showing I had completed the activity.

Today's Literacy task was to go on a site, Wonderoplis, it is a reading site with questions

 most of us wonder about and I came across a question "What Is Sleep Paralysis" I thought 

it was a pretty interesting questions so I choose it. We had to read the few paragraphs

 about it and answer some questions. Here are my answers and make sure to Ask yourself some of these interesting and try avoid getting sleep paralysis!

 Today for LCS we had to and a few questions to answer about the things that were

Today for our LCS we had to do a list of 20-30 of positive things that

people complimented you about or your achievements, talents and characteristics .

Along with the list I added a video I made saying all the positive sayings on my

list with pictures and videos, Hope you enjoy.

Weave a Basket

 Today for Niuean Language Week we had to create a Ven diagram about the similarities and the differences of weaving a basket in Niue and another country. I couldn't find information about my culture weaving so I choose to do Fiji. 

Attributing Images

 

Today I did Cybersmart task Attributing Images, we had to insert images and give credits

to the creators when we use there images, It is called 'image attribution'.

Maths Tessellation

                Today I made a tessellations animal, I followed the instruction for my maths activity                                         and started of my tessellation on a sqaure paper and poly lined it to make                                     a animal tessellation.  

Legend of Tokamotu of Tuapa

Today for Niuean Language Week our task was to watch a video

about the Legend of Tokamotu and Tuapa. We had to write in our

own words and talk about Tokamotu. After writing a brief description

we had to answer questions given to us  questioning about the

Legend of Tokamotu of Tuapa.

Maths Tessellation

                                             Today for math's we had to do task about tessellation,                                                                                I read the instructions about what to do and I had to create a                                                                tessellation using pattern blocks and shapes. I research and discussed                                  with a friend what forms a tessellation and what doesn't.      

Facts About Niue

 For Niuean Language Week we had to watch a quick video about Niue facts.

After watching we had to answer questions that were given so here it is.

I AM affirmations

Today for our writing/LCS task we had to write a list of 20-30 things about ourselves

our achievements talents attributes and characteristics. We had to think

of all of the positive things we usually get complimented about 

and ask our family, friends, and siblings about what they

appreciate about us. Here is my writing/LCS task.

 

Cybersmart

 Today I did a cybersmart task "Smart Relationship" , for this task we had to place the [COMPLETE] shape over the cybersmart task we have completed and link in the work we finished to the image.

 Today's Toi Toi writing I read "Pōhutukawa Playground", after reading and answering the survey questions here is a certificate I received.
